FuelRod "The Swappable Power" is looking for a highly motivated BWI Airport Service Agent (1099 Contracted Position) that can work independently, ensure high quality standards and provide great customer service at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine weekly inventory restock and cleaning of the FuelRod kiosks throughout the Airport. (average 15 to 30 minutes per kiosk, plus the time to walk between each one)
* Respond to Emergency service work if a kiosk is inoperable (no experience required – technical support team walks the Service Agent through each step to fix)
* Follow all required airport safety rules and guidelines included the badging process for the BWI Airport.

Skills:

* Airport Badge is required ( must be able to pass background check)
* Ability to manage your own schedule and respond to emails in a timely manner
* Strong knowledge of the English language
* Basic iPad/Smartphone knowledge
* Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications

Job Overview:

The Product Service Assembly Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks within our processing center and client locations. These duties may include assembly, maintenance, repair, and support tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the product kiosks on site and within the field. This role involves performing routine servicing, addressing general technical issues, assisting with various warehouse duties as needed, and providing exceptional service to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The technician will work under the guidance of the Warehouse Assistant Manager and could be pulled to assist our processing staff on occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sort, repair product
• Place product on charging racks and remove when charged
• Utilizing a USB safety tester, test all product to ensure charge
• Pack out product per daily requirements
• Assembly of the FuelRod kiosks
• Repair of FuelRod kiosks
• Parts fabrication
• Testing of kiosk parts.
• General support of the FuelRod kiosk network
• Provide technical support to field agents
• Service of specific FuelRod machines in the local Southern California area
• Emergency service as required for kiosks in and out of the San Diego area
• Installation of new and replacement kiosks in and out of the San Diego area
• Delivery of the FuelRod inventory or kiosks

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience in technical support, general technical repair work, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong technical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues effectively.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent work ethic and working as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings and public environments.
• Able to lift 40 lbs on a regular basis

Work Environment:

• This role may require working in different areas of the facility, including office spaces, warehouses, and outdoor locations. Occasional exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures is expected.
• May be required to work flexible hours or be on-call for emergency situations.

The FuelRod General Services Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and support tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the FuelRod Kiosks. This role involves performing routine servicing, addressing general technical issues, assisting with various warehouse duties, and providing exceptional service to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

The technician will work under the guidance of the Field Service Manager and may be required to work flexible hours or be on-call for emergency situations.

Responsibilities

●      Servicing and Repairs: Perform routine servicing of FuelRod Kiosks in a designated area. Address and resolve any technical issues, such as minor repairs, part replacement, and system adjustments.

●      Emergency Response: Respond to emergency requests and perform urgent repairs as needed to ensure the FuelRod Kiosks are operational at all times.

●      Support Services: Assist Field Agents with technical support which may include taking phone calls, testing and shipping of parts, and remote maintenance of the FuelRod Kiosks.

●      Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

●      Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients by addressing their needs, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

●      Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, repair requests, and inventory of supplies. Report major issues or repairs needed to the Field Service Manager.

●      Multi-functionality: Work cross functionally with other departments and managers to perform a range of additional tasks to ensure a smooth operation from warehouse to field.
